Received New Email From Paypal Regarding Withdrawals

I have recd foll mail from paypal. When i request for withdrawals i am asked " purpose of withdrawl". Since i am selling indian used stamps to worldwide collectors what purpose do i state? i am just a small collector selling my excess stamps & not an exporter. HELP!

why india bank withdrawals initiated on April 7th, 8th are still stuck on pending status for the past 3 days. has somebody noticed this ? is paypal aware of the issue.

international sellers cannot even pay via paypal for ebay.com listing fees as per paypal email recd, they have to use their credit cards

Hello,
Again New issue arises,I transfer money from paypal to Indian bank account on 8th April 2010 it is still showing pending 😞 when I call paypal customer support they say it is due to Indian financial authority regulation about some PAN card numbers that have being submitted, however he said that transfer will be competed in 2 days time.
The problem is how I can trust them as last time also they said it will be resolved it 2 days and took 1 month.
What no one even bother to update us about the problem that is going to come so we can prepare our self in advance.This is so unprofessional how they expect us to be God to know everything with they leting us know and still want us to perform best.
Does their any one who really help sellers? Please any one can tell me what exactly is going on or again we will have to wait for 1 month to get our hard earn money.I want some eBay person to contact me and tell me what exactly is going on

@priya -> did they say anything specific about what exactly the indian regulation with PAN numbers?

i have seen that only people initiated on 7th and 8th got thier funds stuck and those withdrawn on 9th and later getting completed status.

As per Paypal Supervisor he said its about something PAN cards details we provided to Paypal and he also said this will be sorted out in 2 days that is till Tuesday however its out of question to trust paypal customer support as sometime they also dont know what is happening I really fail to understand such a reputed company like paypal dont update their customer service rep and we people suffer for the same.
