I need to buy a domain name from Godaddy.com but haven't a Credit Card. The only viable option is thru PayPal. I have an ICICI account but PayPal wont verify the Visa(electron) Debit Card attached with the account.

I need 500 INR.

Get your ICICI bank account verified from PayPal or best is opt for the ICICI bank virtual credit card and get that verified from PayPal. It works very well.

On the other hand why cannot you buy the same domain from any Indian seller, there are 100s of sellers who will sell you the same domain at a lesser price than Godaddy,com
