These address is associate with commissioner and such so is it the place where people normally go there and pay duties or this is for offices work and higher authorities procedure?Because my package is just a pair of shoes and for personal use.

Amnew eo e-bay, and am looking at a buying something off global easy buy. Your posting caought the eye. Presume you bought something off global easy buy too. how come customs duty. Believ that has been factored in into the proce quoted? So how come you need to pay customs duty now?
