Hi,
It is easy method. Follow my steps below:
1. Go your paypal account
2. Under Profile - Click Add or Edit Bank Account
3. Click Add
4. Country - India
5. Bank Name - ICICI
6. IFSC Code - Check your "Cheque Book" or ask your local ICICI Bank to provide you the IFSC Code.
7. Enter your account number and re-enter your account no.
8. Check all detail and click continue and than click confirm.
Now that's your Bank Account will be now primary and connected to paypal. However i think you will get the confimation mail on your inbox to click the link to activate your bank account under paypal.
I hope that will be ok for you.
Good Luck! 🙂
