GST Implication on International selling from India

Hi!!

As we are getting messages from ebay India that we need to register ourselves under GST as the same will be applicable from 1st July,I would like to know whether GST Registration is mandatory for selling on www.ebay.com from India?

Can someone please help me on this?

There are 2 methods

1. if it is send under LUT then you need to file at GST website like RFD 01. 

2. if you have paid full IGST then you need to register at ICEGATE and get refunds.
