Car accessories purchased on ebay.Import duties

Hai,
Is there anyone here who has bid and purchased car accessories, like tail lamps.
I am getting one from Taiwan through EMS post.Destination is Bangalore.What is the time it takes to deliver, and what is the likley hood of customs duty being charged, if so what will it be for an item of 13K.
