Buyer has private feedback and non-us verified account

I have an ebay sale for 500 GBP - from a hing kong buyer with 374 feedback, private - he wants to pay by paypal instant payment and is non us verified. Should I accept this?

I recently read somewhere that PayPal now protects shipment to unverified addresses. But not sure if this protection is valid for India.

Dear stomanek,
As per my knowledge ,Paypal do not have any kind of seller protection for Indian seller.

So, whatever you are doing,you are doing at your own risk,if any problem arise later then don't expect any kind of help from paypal or eBay.
