Adding funds to paypal!!

How can we (Indians) add funds to our paypal account from credit card or any other way???

Paypal is fraud and rubbish, it is not let me add the funds in my account.

You don't need to add a fund to your paypal at any given time. Just link your paypal to credit/debit card and do transaction with paypal account and money will b debited from your cards. And if you will receive money , it will transfer to your bank by paypal .

Only option is to ask your friend to send money to your PayPal account to add fund to your paypal. I am facing some issue on paypal refund I want to refund to my buyer but I don’t have fund available now in my PayPal account it was auto withdrawn to my back account. Now I am not able to do refund the buyer using paypal refund. I send mail to paypla for this issue waiting for the replay will update once i got

Can i purchase things through paypal just by adding my debit card to it.. ?

I dont acquire any credit card but i do have a debit card.

Please tell me is it not necessary o add funds in paypal account for purchases..?? Just linking debit card is enough??
