I ordered black powder from mri and paid Rs2400 through paisapay on 25.05.2011.Next day,I got a call from the seller that the item I purchased was not listed according to them and they cant deliver that product. I had no option but to accept a different product.
Now,I ordered one more item on the same day from a different seller which got delivered on 29.05.11 that too from a farther place using dtdc but planet nutrition used professional courier and they delivered the product in shabby package on 01.06.11 evening after several phone calls to the courier company.
I left a note as well after the communication from the seller but neither seller nor ebay cared to respond to it.
Being a member of ebay for several years now when it was baazee.com,I didnt expect this kind of treatment.Now,I will have to think hundred times before buying anything from ebay and advise the same to people around me. I really hope they get their act together because without customer satsfaction,I dont think one can prosper in this business.
