worst transaction with seller

Hi,

I had a very bad experience

Seller has not sent me bill with the item and now he says I have sent bill with item.

Tell me one thing..if a customer has recieved bill ..why will he ask for one more bill?

even there is some balance amount pending from seller side..now he is not ready to pay that.

I forgot my money 😞
but why seller is not giving me bill.

I am really loosing faith on eBay as this issue is not getting resolved for a long time.
Pls help me.

Hi Friend,

If incase you not received bill I think you not have to worry. As product you brought carry manufactuer warranty & for hard no one ask you about purchase bill. They will just check serial and you will get warranty.

The Ebay Guarantee is worst, they do nothing.

why , wat is the necessity of buying online without BILL??????

when you get goods from stores with bill, guarantee, and after sales service.
