why my negatives are back if they removed once ???? please reply me ebay

hello,
as per my previous issue i was given two negatives after i gave unpaid item strike to the buyer . i tried to resolve the issue . i was very polite with the buyer . he was on my head like hell . he was abusing me .the buyer didnt paid me . i requested him to pay in his terms but remove the negatives . he denied for that also . next day i closed the case it came into my favor buyer got unpaid item strike and my negatives got removed . i was happy but to night i saw they were again there.is it e bay technical fault or is the case reopened i m not getting the policies of e bay. i was told that if u have any problem u can go to discussion boards to get answer . i don t have account manger also . i m not informed by any one about it. then who will guide me is there is no responsibility of e bay to guide his sellers about the policies . how can i protect my self from getting 35 negatives ? how can i appeal for the case . wen ever i enter the e bay court.com it shows blank-- no cases to appeal , there are no negatives on which u can appeal . wat does that means . m i helpless i cant do any thing to protect my self from such buyers . will e bay not help me for the same ? its a big question mark for sellers............................

Open unpaid item case and close after 7 days as ebay required.

Contact TNS for malicious bidding activity,feedback extortion and emphasise that buyer just bid on your item to give you negative and blackmailing you for extra shipping discount and he never want to pay you in first place.

Make clear cut case of malicious bidding,blackmailing for special discount and abusive language and mail to trust and safty.

Dont forget to mention buyer's abusive and blackmailing language

Keep the all the mail and send to trust and safety with header when they require

Call to ebay or contact live help and ask about your account manager and discuss case with him/her
