hello everyone im new to ebay site and want to start selling diamond jewellery online,what are the requirements for it,i mean do i need to get VAT/CST number to sell jewellery online,coz i will not be able to provide invoice for any item sold without a valid VAT/CST number,also if im new how can i get VAT/CST number as you require a turnover of more than 5 lacs to get VAT/CST number,so how to sell items on ebay in this situation and how to provide invoice to buyer plz help me clear my doubts

hello all im new to ebay just want to enquire what are the requirements for selling items on ebay,do i need to go through the procedure of forming a company and getting VAT/CST number first and than start selling on ebay.in coz without a valid VAT/CST number i will not be able to provide invoice to the buyer for the products purchased by him/her so anyone kindly help me out with this matter that how should i proceed
