Can anybody tell be what COD really means in terms of ebay. this is really very disgusting that i have been receiving unpaid item reminders for items which i have won & has opted for COD payment terms.(at least for me COD means cash on delivery) . how can one pay unless the item is delivered to you & have chosen COD option to pay.
I have not done these deals just for timepass but are genuine deals. with such an experience i dont think i should be doing nor should suggest somebody to do any further deals on ebay.
