unbecoming behaviour of a seller

I Bided and won an item 5 RUPEE COIN WITH INDIRA GANDHI FRONT FACED WITH MALA, item No.160662689707, and instantly paid the amount of rs 2650/-.
The seller first massaged me that he will ship the item on Thursday, and now again he is mailing me that he will not sell me that item because he is getting Rs 7500 for that.

This is not right and certainly not in favour of Ebay. Please solve the issue, The mail sent to me by "rmishra00@gmail.com" and read as "hello,
sorry to say u sir but i will not sell u g coin as i got an offer of 7500 for that coin".
