Mr. Ayan Sinha is a liar and an impatient buyer. We had taken the consent from him to send the paperback edition instead of Hardcover just to give good customer service. We suffered a loss in this transaction as we had to pay the full fee to ebay as per the hardcover cost. We refunded his balance money when we got the confirmation of his book receipt in his ICICI bank a/c and we have the receipt for the same.
