Recently i had a problem buyin throough ebay site.. i had claimed for it but i was in vain. i went through all the legal ebay proceedures.i dont regret it, because i resolved the issue outside ebay and this will probabbly be the last time ill be using ebay and thta is because of the claim manager tirumalesh. we just turned his face away from my problem, he claims that he has sent an email to me on 21st which i recieved on 26th and couldnot respond to them on time. while i was clarifying myself he just dammed his phone on my face very rudely and refused to talk to me. a pesron like this shouldnot be in this position as manager. he had my number but never called. meanwhile i had talked earlier to a person called nikhil who handled my case, he was polite and calm and calmed me down off my worries.
My request to the higher authorities of Ebay, please look into this matter and give a position to mr Nikhil who will be a better asset to your company than the other person.
anywyas i had a bad experience and ill surely discourage other people to use Ebay unless u do something about it.. thankyou bye
