i've ordered for a battery but it was not working so i raised a claim then i was contacted by ebay that i will get a coupen but still i didn't get any coupon then i contacted 0n 2nd of this month they told me within 3-4 days i wiill be getting my coupon it's been 2 months. i've contacted customer support many times every time they ask my claim id and paisapay id and tell me they are checking it and then the connection will be terminated.i ve the worst experience on ebay never gonna use it again worst e shopping never use it
