I m struggling for the the refund for more then 1 month. I ordered a power bank and paid throu intren banking but then i cancelled the product but still today i didnt get my money back. I called many time to costumer care service but they are not giving any response but procrastinate me and say that the eabey would call me.
Another problem is of a damaged product. I calimed my complain when i got the product. Claim id 2401242
I m very much dissatisfied by ebay
