seller is not giving positive response

hi,
i have purchased branded 4 in 1 manual treadmill in feb-12
it's under the warranty.
while jogging it producing the noise sounds like some disturbance in front roller.
i already contact with the seller but he is not giving the response.

please help me what should i do now?

Well dear buyer kindly try to buy things from your near local market at least you see the items before buying even if they are little bit expensive you can the live thing......on eBay the so called power seller's are actually cheater's kindly go to the near market spare your time and get a fair deal in front of you.......my suggestion don't buy from eBay.
