frinds i m sure u must have give manny time call to ebay toll free number. now last weak i spoke to a customer care team member ms NAZIN (selling team). a case was raised as my parcel was delivered late by postal strike, now customer was on call conference as this lady at call center ask me to verify my account:

ebay id,
regd. add,
mobile number,
dob,
last transaction made,
last payment made,
and she aslo asked,claim product id of ebay,
number of feedback i got,
number of transaction i made on ebay,
it was not finished than billing date,

now i reminded her "you really dont care f0r you customer". i said my buyer is on other hand, who had already droped this call and this lady naznin could not help by any means.
she kept on verifying details for some reason.


I feel in this senora:
she is new
she is untrained
she is fresh
she is unprofessional
she is undisciplined
she is not a leader
she can not take instant decision,
she is not customer friendly
she cant be a good team member,
she is a spoil sport
she is a looser
she does not know basis SOP to handle customer
she should not be promoted
she should not attend further call

If ebay team is watching this post have a discussion with me and take detail feedback about nazine and snoop her call. she is worst in answering calls.


worst thing i have ever written on such blogs .....she should be fired from her job for such behavior.

the story does not end here. i request her to transfer my call to ebay calim team, she did not answer my call. than she transferred my call to buying team, for which i did not said.

but thanks to buying team member who helped me out lately and sorted entire matter. this took almost 90 min to solve my case. rather it was 5 second job.

this lady is a roll model for spoiling the name of ebay inda.

make her under go on short leave, casual leave, or discontinue with such staff.

no team member is ready to take staff complain or provide request number for the same.

These guys are third partys. But eBay has empowered them to cause harm to seller at the slightest pretext. They are really harmful to eBay in the long run. This system should change.

All customer care people on ebay ask you to verify your account and yes it is irritating as they are not listening to your problem first.

NAZNEEN IS TOTALLY UNCULTURED, ILLITERATE AND MOST ARROGANT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE THAT I HAVE COME ACROSS AND NOT TO FORGET A LIAR TOO.

SHE SHOULD BE SACKED ASAP AND I HAVE TOLD THIS TO HER MANAGER ALSO BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.

I had a similar problem. I was holding on the line to talk to my "RELATIONSHIP MANAGER" After holding the phone (STD CALL) for about 20 mins I disconnected. I left a message to call me back. No call yet - 4 HOURS.

I fully agree half th eso called support of ebay is a fare a waste and just ther efor saying they have support team. They do nothing value add nothing and nothing is solved. I had mailed to a director a so called senior maanger relation manager and customer manager none even bothered to reply. These people names are listed in several boards and forums so u all know who I am talking about in the customer support and relation managers.

Sellers are given negative rating by buyers if u raise unpaid iem case. If u dont raise unpaid they wnt pay and ebay will still charge u. Some buyers then pay and then go and raise negative rating. If you complain agaisnt it the ebay says they are not using abuse so we canot remove. Ebay takes fees and money from sellers bu just cut our throat for these sort of buyers indecent and unprofessional and inhuman

Also see if u can escalate to some one, no transparency. Reliance is much better so is ICICI you ca even contact Chairperson himself/ herself try even getting the chairperson address or mail d in ebay any one. Total black hole they are just sure many people would like to legally catch them so to prevent it they hide. Just because no other site is there they are abusing their mnopoly
