Considering the multiple holidays in the last 7 days, I think you may wait a bit more. Meanwhile you may try to contact the seller. If you do not receive the item within next 2 weeks / any justified reason from the seller for the delay, then you may file an item not received dispute. You shall get refund from eBay as per ebay rules.
