I have been register claim for refund my claim id is 96023 at that time your executive told me that within 7days ebay contact me.i logged the claim on 2-06-12 hence till date ebay not contact me regarding this claim..i want replay..other wise i go for consumer forum to resolve my problem

My item no was 290691476758 (Genuine L'Eauud'Isee For Men 125ml/4.2oz) and the product was a mens perfume, to my surprise the product was found to be a fake so I returned the product back to the seller but he has not refunded my money neither nor provided a replacement.

I tried to contact Ebay ppl they say the purchase date has been more than 30 days hence I cant get a refund 😞 which is not fair at all. So does that mean a seller can keep dodging a buyer with false hope for replacement and then get away with the money ?
