please refund my amount of rupees 2999 as i have not got my item from u.we are calling ur services for so many times but no results.we havbe complained so many times but no action yet taken.they are tellin that no money had been recived by u.

once again please check the transaction been done on9th of november 2011.as the bank has been saying that transaction has already been made.
