Dear team,
I ordered Pakistani suit on 1st march,16 and received on 9th march,16 which is damaged and stains on suit.On the same day I registered a complaint and after a week I received a call from customer support that I have to send images of suit which is optional as mentions on site but I uploaded on the same day and I received a mail that I received a call from them in a 48-72hours but I didn't get any call or mail after that then I called up on customer support many times they always told me that they will in touch within 48hrs but I didn't received any call then again I called then I come to know my issue is closed by them without any confirmation and representive told me he open the call again but I didn't received any call till date even after that I had a words with one of the senior of customer support whose name is vipin,he also told me that he highlights my issue now but till date no call and no mail from them,I harrased so much and is this the way to handle the customers?I need a help from urs.I need to resolve it within 2days now.
