Dear sir, I had placed a order of Re: BAFO BF-120 INFRARED ADAPTOR (6441333676) on 11/10/05 and paid for that immidietly through paisapay online transfer. But soon after this (next day) transaction the seller Technoshoppe closed all his listing without any trace. And I waited 2-3 days for my item status and there was no feedback by seller for that. So I mailed him 2-3 times regarding the item status there was no reply. And when I opened the dispute console it said i have to wait atleast 10 days to be mentioned in dispute console.
I want to ask u one question...when the seller has closed all his items without trace and there is no reply by him, then why should we wait 10 days to inform u?. This is utterly absurd, I wasted my precious time and money for one item. Atleast the seller could have replied so i could buy it from other seller. Please look into this matter and refund my amount as soon as possible..

Usually sellers take 7-15 days for the delivery depending on the locality.

Report Item Not Recieved to ebay!

Dear sir/madam, I have already opened an Item Not Received dispute for this transaction exactly after 10 days of my order but still there is no reply. I suggest, you should directly contact the seller regarding this. I think seller has switched to other user name. Then why should he has closed all his other itmes??Please resolve this dispute soon...

In dispute console I can't select the "Standard Purchase Protection Program claim" form as this option shows in grey. Is it because of item is closed?? Somebody please help me how to get claim for my undelivered item.
It seems like ebay is less concerned about their customers, If this will go on it surely going to lose good customers. I don't know what the ebay team is doing?? Wake up freinds !!

I beleive the seller has been de-registered (suspended) by eBay for some policy violation.

hi, But when i put the item id 6441333676 in the given column it says it is not valid one. Is it because the item is closed or cancelled?. If so, then how can I claim the refund for my item. These ebay procedures are very complicated one. They have everything on site but little concern for buyers interest. It acts like government run office where u have to run corner to corner to get ur own money. And funny thing is ebay even charges minimum Rs.50 on refund as processing fee. It looks like I should giveup the hope of getting refund. Even the Indian shopping sites rediff and indiatimes are much better. They r fast in responding and have direct control over sellers. I got refund from indiatimes for an undelivered item within two days of my complaint. And this is my last transaction with ebay. goodbye..
