I received the keyboard that i ordered 2day..when i connected it to my desktop it crashed within few minutes and i also connected with my laptop and the result was the same, now i dono what is the procedure to get it ready and this is the first time i am experiencing such an embarrassing situation with ebay kindly assist me 😞

First Talk to the seller, He/She should be able to help you. If he refuses to help then call the eBay customer number. Another thing that you can do is to take the keyboard to That company's service station of your local area and get it repaired / replaced since it must be under guarantee.

@manglamaur0050... Please contact your Seller and ask for a Refund. Your Seller has received 15 Negative Feedbacks and 14 Neutral Feedbacks in the past from his Buyers. Most of them complain about defects in his products.
