I purchased Laptop Battery from EBAY on 13-July-2010.EBAY user name is karia.manisha.My paisa pay ID is 26985976342. Seller name is i2c World. They delivered me the battery on 29-July-2010. The battery was not in working condition from very first day. I raised a complain on EBAY on 30-July-2010. my claim number is 14920. I called so many times to EBAY customer support number and they told me their claim adjuster will call me within 24/48 hours.I never got a call then I got email from EBAY that battery is under 3 years warranty i need to contact seller. I called seller plenty of times they said they dont offer any warranty they told I need to call EBAY for that. seller is saying i need to call EBAY and EBAY is saying I need to call seller.I have also sent email to ebay reference number is KMM36099481V87259L0KM but havenot got any reply yet. Battery is still dead and with me and neither EBAY nor seller is helping me.
