paisapay on hold

i am student. i sold some recharges these days on ebay. all my customers got the recharges and also left positive feedback. but right before thursday my paisapay was declared on hold. On asking cc they are demanding for POD. How can i produce POD for Online recharges. yes i Can produce mail from my buyers about confirmation of receipt. also some of my paisapay transaction are showing provisional refund whats that?.Please Ebay return my money. As i am a student 5k means a lot for me. i have to pay ebay fees from that. else i m not gonna pay you your fees.

If you are saying that you can produce mail from my buyers about confirmation of receipt, then IT WILL BE THE BEST IDEA TO AVOID THIS SITUATION.

Be aware, that buyer must either send you ebay message as confirmation or have sent you email from their eBay registered email address only. Best Regards
