not receiving any SMS from ebay

Hey,
Whenever I provide my Mobile number for verification or for PAISAPAY Registration. I neither Receive any SMS nor receive any phone call on my Landline number.
Why it is so...?
I've 2 mobile numbers n i m not geting ebay on that, what should i do ?

It looks like overall problem with SMS, may be they sort it
out soooooon.

As it is for registration, you may contact directly eBay at 18002093229.
