i had a laptop battery scheduled to be delivered on the 24th of march, no sign of it, the seller had good ratings, the item was shipped, i could trace it on courier from new york to mumbai before it disappeared. called up ebay, chatted with them and still no refund on paisa pay. all the a/c says is payment on hold. no feedback on, till how long.
