the buyer was from the same city of mine.
so I shipped the item with my employe.
and the buyer confirmed the item receipt.
and no a chargeback has been raised on that item.
is it a cause? ?
ebay is giving so many facilities to the buyers but nothing to their
sellers.
very poor response from a site like ebay.in.
have to stop selling on ebay..

Never ship personally. Always, use a courier.

Same issue i had i shipped the item to the customer but unfortunately before that customer raised a refund request but i contacted him and shipped the item and i told to cancel the refund request customer was new to ebay he don't know how to cancel it. So i have contacted ebay and told them that i have shipped the item as he was a local person but customer don't know how to cancel so please contact him and do resolve the issue. eBay contacted customer directly thorugh phone and customer also saying that i have clearly told ebay that i received the package so cancel the refund but also ebay has given total amount refund to the buyer and it is the amount for about 5000 not 100 or 200 how should i sell in ebay if this is the trust you give to seller. very shame and i am sure if you don't do any betterment in customer support and claims department then i will surely close my ebay seller account and never shop in ebay.
