no response from ebay team, highly unethical

am surprised that ebay team made atleast 10 calls to me during 16th and 17th october to confirm receipt of payment for item purchased on ebay, but till date i hv not rcvd the same from the seller, will somebody help me, my money is not for free,ebay team, if u hv responsibility towards your customers, pls respond and help me either get my money back or the purchased item.

If you do not receive the item then you can claim refund from eBay. If you have paid thru PaisaPay for this item then you will get a refund of (Rs.3666+Rs.255 - Rs.50). For other mode of payments authorised by eBay you will get (Rs.3666 - Rs.50). So please do not worry. Better claim refund if the seller is not responding. The following link will be helpful for you.
