Having received a badly damaged product [Paint Sprayer Zoom Ultimate Professional Paint Sprayer] ,I raised a claim

I have sent the item back to the seller by fedex airway bill 775967279620 on 26/03/16 (info attached as required by ebay ).In addition I have completed the required formalities on the ebay site. Neither has the seller acknowledged the product having reached him neither has ebay responded to my numerous calls and emails. I would like a full refund at the earliest.
