my claim for replacement is not solved with Ebay guarantee. what to do next?

i bought a Blackberry Z10 last month. the mobile was delivered to me and did not work well for 1 week also. as asked by the Ebay team the product was sent back to the seller before 1 week. initially Ebay was not able to contact the seller and till date  i have not received any positive response either from the seller or from Ebay guarantee.  bad experience with Ebay. hope will be rectified soon.

Ebay customer se frought karte hain..Mere saath bhi kiya hain.Ebay se kabhi bhi kuch nehi kharidna chahiye..Ebay ka ek sellers hain Gujrat ka,Unka Naam hain Hardik Gajeta. Rajkot.Unka mail ID .com.Unka phn no..Aur mera paisapay I'd hain-Ebay July 27 2014 se mujhe parishan karrahahain.Sellers mujhe 4Gb ram ka badle 2Gb ram wala Laptop mujhe bheja hain..Abhi mein jab complain kiya to ebay customer care bhi mujhe help nehi karrahahain....So,Don't purchase any Metarials from ebay...Ebay mujhe 50 din se
