Presently it becomes absolutely impossible to contact with any customer service executives. I need to wait approx 30 min. holding the phone set which causes extreme embarrassment and high STD charges.But 5 months ago the whole thing was very nice i.e. readily accessible.
Regarding this issue I have talked with the executives several times, they answered that due to some technical fault this things are happening whether they are sitting idle.
Please resolve the issue as early as possible. And my advice is pl. keep a queue for incoming calls and the executives call those nos. latter any comfortable time.
