I had ordered for a 32 GB MicroSD card from "Elite_com_bang"(sellers name) on . Tarun Garg is the person who shipped the package but it was a faulty one. When i had called them they said they would replace it immediately and asked me to send it back to them. I had to send back the faulty MicroSd card back to the seller. They have alryd received the item. And now they have delayed shipping back the new product from 8th July (one full month). Mr. Tarun who is the smart ass over there..says he shipped it and doesnt have a tracking number and also says that he is on a vacation and once he is back he will check the details.

Ebay has to do something about this...Its rediculous such sellers are being added to ebay site without verification that they are fraudsters in the market.

Such a shame on Elite_com_bang seller.

just open a case against your seller.
these kind of sellers are the reason why ebay is loosing it's reputation.
file a case going to resolution center and leave a negative feedback straight away.
teach him a lesson.
ebay always supports buyers. so go on and open a case.

First call up the seller and ask him what is the problem he is not shipping your product.

Keep in touch with your Seller through phone calls, SMS, e-mails, etc. on a regular basis.
