item not as described case opened after refunding to the buyer

hi all,i want to tell all members about a guarantee claim been made by the buyer after getting refund.What happened is that i forgot to enter shipping details for paisa pay id 31504758090.As a result refund was issued to the buyer by paisa pay many days back.But today ie 05/07/12 ebay sent me a msg that item not as described case is opened by the buyer.NOW CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THE HELL IS EBAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOING

thats weird. i have got no idea what else can any seller can do now.
I am sure in the first place you did a mistake of not entering the shipping details.
contact your buyer is only the option.
