Dear Mr Abhijith,

For the n th time, will somebody please go thru what I had complained and try and rectify the problem than keep sending me the same mails over and over again?

The problem is that I had done this online retrieval of password at least 10 times now. Every time this stupid error message says " due to prolonged inactivity etc:.... how is that possible when the session is still on and it took only less than a minute to comply with your instructions?

This is indeed getting on my nerves....., especially since I had not forgotten my password or made any wrong entries to start with !!

Hi sir please state your problem clearly.The problem with password is with your ebay account or bank account?Usually reset of password in ebay is a very easy thing and it will take only a minute or so.

Try clearing your internet browsing history and cache and try to reset the password again.Try to follow the link that comes to your mail address instead of opening a new tab and logging in with the new password.
