incompetent e bay customer support

e bay claims on their website that if you send e-mail to them,they will reply in 48 hours and if you raise claim they will contact you in one week.i called up their customer care thrice in eight days and did not get any call back.no body from their claim department contacted me in eight days...keep up the good work and losing your existing customer! who cares now, e bay got commission from seller...
