i picked up a phone which was not satisfactory from ebay...but even more disappointing was the customer support from the your helpline service...i've called several times over the past month n each time i was given a false promise. your agents didnt manage to keep their words even once...finally i was suggested a solution by your agent which basically adds onto my issues with ebay.
it was utterly annoying to hear your agent say that the location where i stay is 'not accessible' for you to send a courier guy to collect the item i wanted to re-ship for my refund but let me remind you that the item(phone) was earlier mailed to same address they now claim 'not accessible'....im not expecting any good to come by sending you this mail...just wanted to let you know that it is also important to go out of your way to acknowlegde when a customer with an issue... or else everyone would only end up being a 'one-time' customer only with ebay.
