I purchased a new Sony NP FH100 Rechargeable Battery for Sony Camcorders from best gadget on 3rd may 2011. When i opened the seal , the battery has a crack on the downside and it was also not charging. On the next day , i returned the battery to best gadget when i got assured that it will be replaced. Now after he got possession of the battery , he is telling that he is not sure , whether the battery can be replaced. He is telling that the battery might have fallen from my hand. I feel now its not fair as it is a silly excuse. I dont know how to proceed , as have already lost Rs 1850/- in due course and i got nothing other than a cracked battery. Please let me know , how i can get my money back or a new battery ? Please help me
