gift of promotional offer not received yet

hi everybody,
i have purchased sony w310 digital camera from ebay during their promotional offer of valentine gift scheme and as per that i am to received my selected gift i.e. couple watch from ebay within 45 days from the date of purchase of item, but till today even after 6-7 times periodic contact of customer care centre i haven't received and fruitfull response not even mail regarding the dispatch of gift, it seems to me that by advertising this way ebay used to mislead public this way, kindly be careful during purchae and expecting such benefits

Dear Sirs, I bought a lcd projector today.In that item there was one offer for one camera from Ebay for its 6th birthday. I could not get any gift vouchar for this in my purchase payment.Am I going to get this gift along with other gift offered.

i still cant believe this, i received a call from ebay saying they will dispatch my gift on monday but still have not received any email regarding if they have or not...its been 4 months
is this how ebay works in INDIA ?
