gift item not received since last four months

Hi,

i had bought a laptop,which i received on time,but,from ebay,
i was supposed to recveive a camera as a gift item.Till today,after SEVERAL calls to ebay customer care,i have not received any status on my gift item.Ebay customer care said,they received back my gift item via courier and they will resend me but after that ,it has been two months of waiting.
Everytime i call ,the customer care says that they will update me about my gift status next week.
Im myself a customer of ebay from many years but this time ,your service is not satisfactory.
Kindly,handle my matter immeadiately and update me on it.

After seeing so many people facing the same problem,
it is clear that ebay has no intention of giving our gift item.
I think we all should collect our paise pay ID ,either here or on facebook(by creating a new forum on facebook) and take our complain directly to ebay founder Pierre Omidyar.
This is because there's no point anymore to talk to ebay INDIA centre.
As everyone has observed that there's no formal section on ebay website to complain about "gift item not received",i think we need to point this out to Pierre Omidyar(ebay founder).He is available on twitter and his email ID is also available on net.

I welcome all of you to write their Paisa pay ID in this thread and than we will combine all the complain into a single mail and sent it to Pierre Omidyar.
Im sure he will reply to this.
