gift item not received since last four months

Hi,

i had bought a laptop,which i received on time,but,from ebay,
i was supposed to recveive a camera as a gift item.Till today,after SEVERAL calls to ebay customer care,i have not received any status on my gift item.Ebay customer care said,they received back my gift item via courier and they will resend me but after that ,it has been two months of waiting.
Everytime i call ,the customer care says that they will update me about my gift status next week.
Im myself a customer of ebay from many years but this time ,your service is not satisfactory.
Kindly,handle my matter immeadiately and update me on it.

I bought a DSRL Camera from ebay.in on 31/08/2012 with a free gift offer.On 14/09/2012 i redeemed the gift with a Trancend 1TB USB Hard Drive.
But ihave not recieved any gift items yet from ebay.in.The Customer help is a Bogus ,I called them more than 50 times.Please give me the exact information regarding this issue.
Other wise i have to open a case with Consumer Court.

Called customer care 8 times for my gift which I had redeemed as a samsung mobile.

Till now, called customer care eight times and mostly customer care guys asking to wait for seven working days to get back.

To my understanding, almost six plus months are over but still the ebay.in scam promotional offer smasung mobile from June - 2012 is not send to me.

On consulting a local lawyer, I am told that this can be taken to court of law and ebay.in can be send a notice of fraud!

This is my final and last call to ebay.in for sending the said gift ( mobile ) to me. On 15-Jan-2013 I will be filling a case against ebay.in

I have made a purchase through e- bay on 22 sep 11 and received the item on proper time but i didn't get the gift item till now. I have called customer care 8-10 times but they always told me your gift will dispatch next week.
