Sorry to inform you that since receiving the item from esmartonline the remote is not working till date. This is most disappointing as the new item has not worked even for a single day.

Hi,

Its better to mention the item no. with such postings. I think the item no. in this case is 9703474813.

Normally you have to assign the functions for the buttons which I trust you have done. If the product is not functioning properly then you can contact the seller. The seller has good feedback rating and hope he / she will cooperate with you in resolving the dispute.

If the seller does not cooperate then you can open a Dispute of Item Significantly Not as Described type. Hope that won't be necessary. .

I agree with you Swarup. Normally sellers with good feeback does co-operate with buyers.

The best option is make a phone call and solve the matter. ---------------
