YEAH COMMUNITY AWARD SHOULD BE GIVEN TO CUSTOMER SUPOORT PEOPLE LIKE THIS.SENDING OTHER SELLER COMPLAINT TO US TO SOLVE SUSPENING OUR ACC.WE HAVE SOLVED 99% COMPLAINT STILL NOT HELPFUL AT ALLLLLLL. IT IS FRUSTRATING.AT LEAST TRAIN THEM PROPERLY TO COMMUNICATE WITH SELLER.NO POINT OPEN PREMIUM SHOP THEY WILL SUSUPENED THE ACC WITHING ONE MONTH KEEP PAISPAY MONEY AND TORTURE US WITH INFORMATION WHICH 10 TIME HAVE TO GIVE SAMETHING AND THEN THEY ACCEPT RESOLVED AND BEST PART EBAY KEEPS THE 2000 PREMINUM STORE FEES !!!LOSS FROM BOTH SIDE. WE ARE READY TO COPERATE WITH EBAY TO SOLVING COMPALINT BUT NOT FOR THE TORTURE AND WASTE OF TIME. EVERY MAIL GETS A REPLY AFTER 2 DAYS!!WE JUST SIT AND WAIT!!!MR AVISH BAJAJ LOOK INTO THE MATTER, IF YOU WANT THE COOPERATION OF SELLERS, THEN HELP THEM AND DO NOT TREAT THEM AS A NUISANCE.
