There is nothing like money back guarntee as if the seller states that the item wasnt damaged when they sent, Ebay wont even contact the buyer and deny your claim.

Recently happen with me
Claim number - 5258
10.2" Android 2.2 Tablet 1 GHz CPU, 512MB RAM, 8GB HDD #260816578012) on 22-Aug-11 from techy-hub.

Its EBAY India 🙂
