Bought mi pad on eBay using this link
From seller - gromo_deals on11/11/2016 received product on 14/11/2016
When I open the product it didn't switch on at all charged it almost a hour and it was same didn't turn on contacted eBay they said me to take it to mi service center
I took it to service center and they said product bought with eBay will not be covered under the mi India warranty policy
I have again contacted the eBay support eBay contact asked a confirmation from mi service center.
So I contacted mi service chat India and talked about this and they mentioned the same eBay is not under warranty policy
Again I contacted eBay service and mailed the screen shot of chat as mi told me to use the chat screen shot i sent a mail to insellerverification@ebay.com
Again eBay said me to get a letter with seal from mi service center
Even I asked I have a invoice with purchase date of 10/05/2016 from retailer even then they said its waste of time contacting mi service center because you bought it in ebay
Is this how eBay works, is this how eBay treats a user
You people should understand what online shopping is it should reduce buyer purchase time travel time
But what here happens is I should have gone by walk to any retail store and should have purchased
I request eBay to take care of remaining
