i purchased a iphone5s from ebay on 02.09.15 PaisaPay ID : 40334403413, i filed a ebay guarantee claim on 09.09.2015 Claim ID : 1247729, then i contacted the seller, the seller was so nice and willing to do everything to resolve the problem but he informed me that he needs to get a approval from ebay to resolve the problem, i immediately brought this to ebays notice but i was informed that i would receive a call back shortly. after that i had called several times (atleast 10calls) but no response from ebay. always i am assured a callback and matter is also esclated. the csr also refused to esclate the call to his supervisor, then i requested him to give me grievance officers contact number or email id, to which he also refused to reveal.
hence i am left with no option.
please help me at the earliest as this will tarnish the image of ebay for not responding to customers calls when the seller is ready for everything but ebay is not responding.
