ebay is cheating customers with fake offers

I bought a mobile on 28/7/2009 from ebay. I opted for a PHILIPS FM RADIO as rakshabandhan gift. But till date I didnot receive any gift from ebay.I contacted them via mail and phone many many times." Always they say "Please allow us one week time". Does a "week" to ebay people is indefinitely loooong?
So friends never believe in ebays promotional GIFTS.They
will cheat You.You will loose money, and time .
These frauds at ebay will never help You.

Even after 11 months Ebay does not give the offered gift.

This holds true in my case as well. I bought a Samsung STAR mobile for 10K last year(Aug 09) in mansoon Offer. I chose ebay gift as Transcend portable Hard disk(320 GB not sure about size) which never reached me till date.:(
Same reply from customer care executive.
I also mailed, complained numerous times to get the free gift. actually this gift was one of the main reason I buy the mobile from Ebay.
Now I have stopped replying on any special offer and limit my buying.
